Happiness is a satisfied customer...

We recently helped a long time neighbor and friend sell her home. The closing was a happy/sad time, as this was the home in which she had lived happily married for over 40 years, where she had raised her three daughters, where she returned each day when she worked outside the home, where she lived after retiring from fulfilling and satisfying career, and eventually where she became a widow.

None of her daughters could be with her on the day we closed, so we showed up early to sit with her a while before we all drove to the settlement attorney's office. We answered her final questions as the paperwork was signed, and then took her to lunch afterwards when the closing was complete.

It was a wonderful, tearful, happy/sad process, but her final heart-felt "thank you" really made our day! We were happy to hold her hand through the process, were pleased with the offer we helped her negotiate, and are thrilled that she now has the resources needed for the next phase of her life's adventure.

We have been supporting real estate customers in the Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Silver Spring areas of Montgomery County, Maryland, for several years. We work extremely hard to ensure we get the best deals for our customers, but we also ensure that we adhere to the highest ethical standards. We don't play "games", and we are honest in our interactions with all parties, including our client, and the other agent and his/her customer. This ensures that these transactions are win-win situations for all parties...

We want our customers to use us again the NEXT time they buy/sell a house, and hope that they will provide us a good reference when asked "what did you think about your agent?".
